In Episode 33, we don’t mean to be cheesy but we couldn’t be MORE excited to Comté all day! In partnership with the Comté Cheese Association, we celebrate Comté, an ancient cooked and pressed cheese handmade every day in France by artisans in 150 small village cheesemaking facilities, known as fruitières. What better way to celebrate Comté than with a lambic drink along, Comté soufflé along and learn along with a world famous cheese book author!

☀︎ LEARN AND EXPAND YOUR MIND ALONG with Bronwen Percival, cheese buyer for Neal's Yard Dairy in London and co-author of Reinventing the Wheel: Milk, Microbes, and the Fight for Real Cheese, answering our cheese questions! Bronwen works to mobilize collaboration between cheesemakers and the scientific community and she instigated a biennial conference on the Science of Artisan Cheese. She is one cultured woman!
